Position Overview Provides planning and analysis for branch operations. Identify operational improvement areas and prepare necessary business cases. Identify solutions to improve customer experience. Develop operational achievement standards through the evaluation and integration of analytical based measurement systems.
Responsible for developing technician schedules, and recommending staffing levels based on work orders.
Forecasts work orders and related staffing requirements including level loading worked hours and volume.
Responsible for conducting performance management with appropriate process improvement.
Responsible for managing the configuration of the scheduling tool for assigned branches and tuning these inputs for optimization of technician capacity.
Analyzes inputs and outputs of the scheduling.
Coordinates the gathering and evaluation of data used in the measurement and maintenance of achievement standards.
Designs, develops, and implements production methods and measurement systems with the goal of measuring, optimizing, and improving quality and productivity.
Designs demand forecasting techniques that predict and leverage seasonal and business trends.
Develops decision oriented metrics based on statistics and decision science. Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree Science, Technology, Engineering, Math or related field
Industrial Engineering degree preferred
Experience in staffing plans, development and scheduling
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Exceptional presentation skills
Excellent project management skills
Strong software skills
Experience with planning complex operations requiring high customer service levels.
Demonstrated awareness and understanding of multiple types of measurement systems' theories and practices
Ability to apply correct measuring protocol for each work type
Ability to collect, analyze, and report appropriate and meaningful achievement metrics
Proven competence in managing multiple tasks and competing priorities
