The Project Manager plays an integral part in ensuring this is done. The individual in this position directs all aspects of President’s Club to reward top performers for delivering superior customer experiences, managing the budget and agency partner to plan and execute the trip, working with brand leaders to review and revise rules annually, and working with Planning and Reporting on monthly tracking and rules interpretation. This individual will report key metrics on President’s Club rules implications, including winner tracking and budget implications. This individual will provide backup customer experience support to respond to customer feedback from multiple channels. This individual will manage junior level team members, assisting them in accomplishing their business and growth goals.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Manage incentive agency on day-to-day logistics, planning, budget, and on-site implementation for President’s Club and Appreciation Trip.
Manage ordering all gift and award material from vendors and requires knowledge of program logistics, field participants and past events.
Monitor organizational changes for impact to President’s Club rules, recommending annual rule changes and working with senior management to implement fair and measurable rule changes. Update rules annually and communicate changes to the company.
Work closely with Planning & Reporting as they gather and interpret data for monthly tracking reports.
Supervise all field communication regarding President’s Club logistics, and troubleshoot field inquiries and/or issues.
Post rules updates, monthly reports, and regular communications on Scout.
Manage budgets, process and track invoices, reconciling against budget tracker monthly.
Supervise contract employee to implement delegated tasks.
Monitor industry trends and industry-related media and advise team on findings.
Customer Experience Backup
Represent the voice of the customer in all company initiatives.
Respond to incoming customer feedback on multiple channels, working with operations to implement creative recovery options.
Identify and make recommendations to improve process and policies that hinder customer experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent detail, planning, organizational, project management and statistical skills.
Proficient in MicroSoft Office.
Must be able to work effectively cross functionally.
Must be self-motivated with strong initiative.
Education: College Degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience Required: 3-5 years event or convention management experience.
