Manages the daily operations of the outbound service group consisting of 15-30 sales agents.
Direct management of the outbound sales group at HTCC.
Responsible for following up on sales leads in the office closing a minimum percentage of those leads.
Contacts current and prospective customers to sell and explain services.
Builds and maintains good customer relationships through consistently ethical behavior and excellent communication skills.
Coach agents on sales techniques to increase close rates, start percentages, credit card capture and overall sales
Facilitates daily and weekly meetings to improve performance within assigned team.
Participate in daily and weekly quality assurance calibration sessions of agents for improved performance.
Completes monthly and annual reviews for HTCC sales agents.
Track daily attendance for HTCC sales agents.
Uses SFC to analyze data in an effort to develop and implement workflow improvements.
Assist with sales call volume during peak times.
Completes all projects assigned by HTCC Sales Manager.
Assist manager with staffing and training needs.
Participates as an active member of supervisory and leadership team.
Supervise the HTCC call center operation as needed.
Adheres to the attendance policy as stated in company handbook.
Responsible for enforcing/educating subordinates with company policies.

Reports to the Call Center Sales Manager. Must be able to communicate in a clear and concise manner both in writing and verbally. Understand the principals of sales and marketing and have the ability to operate a business in an effective and profitable manner. Good planning and organizational skills.
High School or G.E.D. required. College degree preferred or equivalent work experience. 2-4 years of supervisory/management level experience supervising employees in a call/sales center performing outbound sales. Excellent organizational and communication skills required. Requires problem solving skills and analytical skills
