Western Industries, founded in 1928, is a premier provider of pest control solutions throughout the Northeast. We are currently searching for a Customer Care Representative who will work directly with our customers as part of our branch team.The ideal candidate will be customer focused, have excellent communication skills both verbal and written, be highly organized and be proficient in MS Office as well as other programs.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Billing and posting payments to accounts
Scheduling of technicians for service calls
Resolving customer conflicts and inquiries
Other duties as needed in order to assist the branch management
