The Wildlife Sales Consultant is responsible for increasing sales in their assigned area, providing outstanding customer service to new and existing accounts, as well as technical assistance to field personnel.
Increase residential sales in assigned area
Establish a local presence with all local sister companies
Increase revenue per employee
Sell services by prequalifying customers on the phone, schedule inspections, upsell services to customers in person, collect the service fees, start the service, communicate with production Technician in the field for completion scheduling and filter Technician and/or customer questions.
Following up on unsold leads on 5912 district
Providing excellent customer service to new and existing residential customers
Ideal candidates must encompass:
Excellent communication [written and verbal]
Willingness to learn
World class customer service
Develop personal contacts to maintain and increase sales opportunities for new and existing customers
Make cold calls on targeted residential accounts
Schedule and perform no less than 4 inspections per day Monday – Friday
Sell residential leads from sister companies and Call Center
Write and submit sales proposals at time of inspection
Give sales presentations and lead Q&A at district/regional meetings/gatherings
Develop relationships with sister company residential division Branch Managers
Monitor competition activities to stay competitive
Scan in paperwork and monies collected by the customer
Schedule and communicate with Technician and customer
Submit daily schedule followed by daily activity reports
Be an active participant when dealing with customer concerns/complaints when asked
Maintain a positive, cooperative relationship with other Technicians
Maintain a high level of customer service for all residential customers
Further, candidates must:
Have a valid driver’s license
Pass a company ordered/paid physical including a drug screen, criminal background check and driving record/MVR check
High School Diploma required; four year degree preferred e.g., Agriculture, Biology, Business, Marketing, Entomology, Forestry, Range Management or Wildlife Sciences
Military or job related experience is also accepted, e.g., wildlife and/or forestry, sales, estimation, marketing customer service, contracts, collections, processing transactions, field service, environmental services/sanitation, animal exclusion solutions, construction/repairs, etc.
