Universal Agent (Customer Service Specialist)
The primary role of the Universal Agent is to answer incoming calls and provide World Class Customer Service in accordance with ORKIN Standards.

Answers incoming calls and route the calls accordingly.
Inputs accurate data into the system in order to relate service/sales information to appropriate branches and technicians
Overcomes complaints, objections and resolving the needs of all customer inquiries.
Make outbound calls to ensure field staff schedules are complete.
Flexible to work between the hours of operation 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday – Friday) and 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Saturday.
All other duties as assigned.
Minimum 6 months experience in the customer service industry
A thorough understanding of all Microsoft Office Suite
Good typing and 10 key calculator skills
Multi line phone system experience
The ability to multi-task
Excellent follow-up and organizational skills
The ability to pass a background check including a drug screen
