The primary role of the Universal Agent is to answer incoming calls and provide World Class Customer Service in accordance with ORKIN Standards.Some additional duties include data entry, outbound calls, scheduling, follow up with customer service inquiries.

No specific industry experience is required, although a qualified candidate would possess the following skillsets:
Good work history, regardless of the industry, with Management references.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written.)
Interpersonal skills to deliver quality customer service.
Ability to multi-task with handling multiple line phone systems.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft systems
We will perform a background check, physical and drug test.

WHAT THE JOB REQUIRES:
2 years administrative experience, including business-to-business collections experience, MS office applications, a high proficiency in Excel and Word, with management references
Excellent customer service and communication skills for interface with internal and external customers
Ability to accomplish collection efforts under time pressures
Negotiation and problem solving skills to come up with a reasonable solution for timely payment
