We hire Service Technicians who want to build a career through our extensive training system. IFC Service Technicians manage our commercial accounts by determining pest issues, developing solutions and treating customer facilities.

The Service Technician is one of the most important and influential team members in our organization. As an IFC Service Technician, you would maintain excellent customer relations with business clients through professional service, knowledgeable communication and precise documentation.

The ideal candidate will:

• Maintain high customer retention rates and trust.
• Possess a high degree of attention to detail, work independently and be self-motivated.
• Possess the ability to use ladders within approved guidelines for weight and safety, the ability to access tight spaces and the ability to stoop for short periods of time.
• Have experience in the performance of pest management operations activity or a professional track record that lends itself to working in a detail-oriented position where you are on your own.
• Obtain a Commercial Driver's License within the first 90 days of employment (This will require a valid driver’s license with proof of insurability and a safe/clean driving record).
• Obtain the necessary State pesticide licensure within 90 days of employment through training programs.
• Be knowledgeable of specific customer requirements and complete customer training.
• Learn approved pesticide lists in all states in which you work.
• Maintain the customer log books at 100% accuracy and be "Audit Ready" at all times.
• Possess a strong willingness to work hard and sometimes long hours to get the job done.
• You will have to pass a background check, drug test and a DOT physical.
