What does a Customer Service Specialist do?
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints with care and maintain documentation
Make outbound calls to customers to verify satisfaction
Provide customer service by sending emails, answering questions and responding to general requests both internally and externally
Assist with collections
Collect information and prepare reports
Organize information using discretion and judgment when to involve others in the decision-making process
Process accounts payable and receivables
Organize and manage pending and recurring tasks and projects
Other related duties as assigned

What do you need to bring for success?
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years customer service experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Proficient with MS Office
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently with a strong sense of initiative
Able to manage and execute multiple projects
Ability to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
