We are seeking top talent for a newly created RECRUITER & BRAND AMBASSADOR focused on building a candidate pipeline for the field positions of Rollins’ wildlife brands such as Critter Control and Trutech Wildlife Service.
Our new position will also focus on maintaining excellent relations with Field Operations Managers and candidates alike while serving as a subject matter expert on the best performing recruitment sources and managing the key hiring stages.
This position will be based at our Marietta, GA Trutech headquarters and requires travel up to 50% throughout the United States to spread the message about the amazing career opportunities we have to offer.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, marketing, or communication highly preferred
Minimum of two (2) years of direct recruiting experience including pipeline programs such as Campus Recruiting or Military / Veteran hiring initiatives.
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and have passion for sourcing and matching talent
Demonstrated proficiency working as a recruiter specializing in all position levels and/or highly specialized searches
Experience working on significant and unique assignments of a diverse and complex scope
Strong knowledge of behavioral and competency based interview techniques
Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
Able to develop relationships and influence others
Experience leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), social media, advance candidate mining techniques, etc.
Focus Areas and Responsibilities:
Brand Awareness - Build our Wildlife employer brand as part of the Rollins family of brands through innovative channels and messages to reach prospective field candidates across the USA. Oversee job postings and messaging to ensure company to attract top talent. Work with internal departments to create recruiting collateral.
Field Support - Develop creative, strategic, recruitment plans using social media campaigns, professional, industry sites and events, advanced internet techniques and networking with internal and external resources. Responsible for executing tactics and activities and reporting progress to leadership.
Veteran/Military Outreach - Establish and manage the USA military recruiting program for our Wildlife Brands. Create targeted sourcing strategies for Technician positions. Coordinate military base visits with local district managers. Schedule and attend military hiring events with appropriate field staff as a source to generate qualified applicants.
College - Establish and manage the college recruiting programs. Develop and maintain professional relationships with colleges, university, vocational and community college placement offices as a source to generate qualified applicants. Schedule and attend college hiring events with appropriate field staff.
Recruiting Toolkits – Create and maintain a Recruiting Toolkit to include recruiting contacts, job aids for the Field Hiring Managers, a list of viable job fairs throughout the US. Share best practices across brands.
Tracking & Reporting - Track recruitment sources and hiring effectiveness. Report key metrics and trends to support business priorities.
Interviewing Process – Assist District Managers as necessary with interviewing, both phone and face-to-face. Assist in full life cycle recruiting efforts when needed and coach managers accordingly.
Continuous improvement - Benchmark and research as necessary to determine what other recruiting sources are available and suited for the Wildlife brands. Partner with other brand recruiters on best practices and process improvements.
